Jyoti Sarolia is a third-generation hotel owner from San Diego. She serves as Chief Operating Officer of Ellis Hospitality that operates seven properties and she just completed a one-year term as Chairman of the Choice Hotels Owners Council. Her original career choice was to be a lawyer, but now she is raising the bar in hospitality, and today we’re pleased that she is sharing her ideas with us.
